  1. An initial assessment of your goals, values, strengths, challenges, and opportunities, which can include a 360-degree feedback process
  2. Quarterly in-person meetings, including a coaching launch and visioning retreat
  3. Regularly scheduled calls
  4. Summary notes from each call
  5. Pre-call exercises and post-call assignments
  6. Phone and email contact as needed between scheduled calls
